Vintage 54cm Orange French Vitus Aluminum Road Bike Frame & Fork Vintage French 54cm Red ? Orange Vitus Road Bike Frame and Fork, I suspect from mid 1980s. Vitus was France's leading manufacturer of high-quality frame tubing and was one or the Early Aluminum Bike Pioneers. This Vitus is made Vitus 979 Dural Aluminum Alloy Tubing. I suspect its called a 54cm frame also has a 54 on the headtube. Actual Size: Seat tube 54cm Center to Center or 56cm center to top of top tube, The top tube is 54cm center to center, and the Head tube is 140mm tall. The Fork has 100mm Spacing and the Frame has 126mm Rear Spacing. Frame an Fork is Used, shows some wear, has decal loss, has color finish loss on top tube, may have scratches, nicks, small dents, cool old frame, the fork has rough spot on threads and groove. Frame is French but was made for export and takes Regular ISO or British Standard bottom brackets making build up an ease. This frame had 700c Road wheels, Not Included but available in our Pricetronic store.
