Vintage Garlatti Corsa SE ( Cinelli Riviera) Frame and Fork 58 cm Road Bike 1950'S - 1960s Italy Frame Size: 58 cm measured center to center Top Tube length: 57 cm measured center to center Frame Material: Columbus Chromoly (I believe) Garletti made the similar frame for the Cinelli Riviera Road Bike and Rabeneick Bicycle Company Lugs: Agrati "ROMA" pattern Bottom Bracket Shell 70mm Rear Axle Spacing: 126mm Fork Axle Spacing: 100mm Seat post size: 26.4 or 26.2 - A 26.6 seatpost was very tight Style: L'Eroica, Vintage, Eroica Wheel Size: 27" Rare vintage Garlatti Corsa SE frame and fork that is in good structural condition. The frame has nice decorative lugs. The frame has a lot of paint loss where it was chromed. The frame and fork come with Campagnolo cable guide, and headset which will need some bearings (I lost some of the loose bearings on the bottom of the headset) I believe this to be the original headset. The only stamping I can see is a 61 on the seat tube which might mean the year it was made. The head tube badge is off center and has the word Velocina over a letter G with the words Garlatti Parma Italy. Velocina means fast in Italian and Parma, Italy is the town where the frame was made. The frame and fork has no structural problems and is ready to be built. See pictures for more details. I have researched this frame and seen some of these restored and they look very Cool. Garlatti made these frames for Cinelli which exported the them. The model was called the Cinelli Riviera. I also found one Rabeneick Bike with the same frame while doing research.
